Need more explanation

Could someone explain this more? Seems like it could be important, but as written is too vague to understand. Do you find this valuable?

Rather than focusing on how much supply is out there in the woods to come forward and then waiting for the consumers/market to ask for, this asks: What major markets are out there in search of certified wood from private woodland owners? How much do they need? What species and at what prices and where and when, etc.? Seeks to match the demand to the supply. Do you find this valuable?

I read it as "We need more information on where the market demand for certified products is at". We heard a lot from the paper and pulp folks that there are markets and demand for their piece of the industry, but very little on any other segments of the industry - i.e., furniture, pallets, flooring, building materials. Those areas of the market are extremely important for the Appalachian hardwood region. Do you find this valuable?
